International Sales Contract
The Hormone Shop LLC, is a Limited Liability Company organized in the state of Kansas
and is hereafter referred to as The Hormone Shop.
This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for the sale of The Hormone
Shop products to international customers hereafter referred to as The Customer.
The Hormone Shop agrees to accept orders from The Customer and to ship
product in a timely manner via Air Mail as directed by The Customer.
The Customer agrees to provide The Hormone Shop with an accurate, useable address along
with a valid credit card number, and expiration date, or other acceptable form of payment,
with each order form The Customer fills out. Each order shall provide for the charge of
"Shipping and Handling" fees.
The Customer agrees to accept as proof of shipment, a copy of the United States Postal
Service receipt showing the date of shipment and the country of destination along with a
copy of the order form. Should the order fail to be delivered, The Customer
agrees not to seek a credit card chargeback when provided with this proof of shipment.
The Customer agrees that no refunds or exchanges will be made and accepts the
possibility that no product will ever be received if denied/detained entry by
his/her Customs Agency.
The Customer agrees that he/she will be responsible for paying all duties
and/or fees required or imposed by his/her Country. Failure to pay said
duties and/or fees shall not be reason to return product for refund or exchange.
The Customer understands that all shipments must be processed by the customs
authorities of the country of destination and that The Hormone Shop has absolutely no
control over the actions or inactions of any customs officials and their procedures.
The Customer agrees that it is his/her responsibility to ascertain any import
restrictions placed upon the product he/she is ordering.
The Customer agrees that by submitting an order form that he/she has read and fully
agrees to this contract.
The Hormone Shop agrees to fill and ship in a timely manner all proper orders from The
customer. All shipments shall be by United States Postal Service First
Class Mail, where allowed.
